1) Working principle:
Batch type SFR horizontal double ribbon mixer equipment comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough a specially designed double helical ribbon mixing Agitator and transmission unit. The ribbon mixing agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical ribbons. Generally, the outer ribbon flights displace the material from the two ends to center, while the inner flights move the material from center to two ends. This counter-current action results in homogeneous mixing. The rotating ribbons move the material both radially and laterally to ensure high accuracy mixing.
